Being a high-achieving teen can come with a lot of pressure. When you're used to doing well, meeting expectations, and pushing yourself to succeed, it can be difficult to know what to do when emotions feel bigger than expected or when things don't go according to plan.
This group provides high-achieving teens with a supportive space to better understand their emotions, manage stress and pressure, and develop healthier ways of coping with the expectations they place on themselves.
Over the course of this 8-week group, participants will explore topics such as perfectionism, self-criticism, academic and performance pressure, managing disappointment, coping with stress, navigating expectations, building emotional awareness, and learning how to handle difficult emotions without becoming overwhelmed by them.
The group will combine discussion, skill-building, reflection, and opportunities to connect with other teens who may understand the unique pressures that can come with being a high achiever. Teens will be encouraged to explore what drives their high standards, identify patterns that may be creating unnecessary stress, and develop practical strategies they can use in school, relationships, and everyday life.
This is a closed group, meaning the same participants will meet together each week for the duration of the group. The group will have a maximum of 8 participants to allow for meaningful connection, participation, and individualized support.

Making friends, navigating conversations, understanding social situations, and feeling comfortable around other people can sometimes feel complicated. This group provides autistic teens with a supportive, low-pressure space to build social skills, practice connection, and learn alongside other teens who may have similar experiences.
Over the course of this 8-week group, participants will explore topics such as starting and maintaining conversations, reading social cues, navigating friendships, handling misunderstandings, expressing needs and boundaries, managing social anxiety or uncertainty, and building confidence in social situations.
Rather than simply talking about social skills, the group will provide opportunities to practice them in a supportive environment. Teens will be encouraged to participate at their own comfort level, share their experiences, learn from one another, and discover strategies that feel authentic to them.
This is a closed group, meaning the same participants will meet together each week for the duration of the group. The group will have a maximum of 8 participants to allow for meaningful connection and individual participation.
