A mental health practice built around connection, growth, and community.
Hi! I’m Samantha.
I'm Samantha Miller, LGPC, and the founder of Bunches.
As a counselor, I've seen how meaningful it can be to have a space where you can be honest about what you're experiencing without feeling like you have to have everything figured out first.
I created Bunches with that idea at the center. Bunches is a place for people to connect, learn, grow, and feel understood whether that's through group therapy, individual counseling, or mental health education.
I believe that therapy doesn't have to feel intimidating or overly clinical. It can be a place where you feel comfortable being yourself, where you can make sense of what you're going through, and where you can build the skills and connections that help you move forward.
Why Bunches?
The name Bunches comes from a simple idea: people are better supported when they have people around them. We each have our own experiences, personalities, challenges, and strengths but sometimes, finding the right people can make all the difference.
A bunch doesn't mean everyone is the same. It means different people coming together and creating something meaningful.
That's what I want Bunches to be: a place where people can find connection, feel less alone, and have opportunities to grow alongside others.
What Matters to Us
✦ Connection
Feeling understood matters. We believe meaningful connection can be an important part of mental health and personal growth.
◌ Curiosity
There is no one-size-fits-all way to understand yourself. We approach mental health with openness, curiosity, and a willingness to explore what works for you.
↗ Growth
Growth doesn't have to mean becoming a different person. Sometimes it means understanding yourself better and finding new ways to move through life.
♡ Community
You don't have to navigate every challenge by yourself. Having a supportive community can create space for learning, encouragement, and connection.
Our Approach
Our approach to counseling is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in the idea that you are the expert on your own life.
Therapy isn't about someone telling you who you should be or handing you a checklist for how to live. It's about creating space to understand what's happening, recognize patterns, build skills, and figure out what meaningful change looks like for you.
At Bunches, I want people to feel comfortable asking questions, being honest, laughing when appropriate, and showing up as their whole selves.
And because connection is such a big part of what Bunches is about, I especially value the opportunities that group therapy can create: practicing skills with others, hearing different perspectives, realizing you're not alone, and building connections in a supportive environment.
